- Visa assistance: Guidance on required documents, timelines, and referrals to registered migration agents when needed.
- Settlement services: Help with local systems such as housing, schooling, healthcare access, and everyday essentials.
- Cultural integration: Community introductions, language practice, and cultural orientation for life in the NT.
